Paris Whitney Hilton (born February 17, 1981) is an American socialite, heiress, the personality of the media, model, singer, songwriter, author, fashion designer and actress. She is a granddaughter of Conrad Hilton (founder of Hilton Hotels).








Hilton is known for her controversial appearance on a sex tape in 2003 and appeared in the television series The Simple Life together with fellow socialite and childhood best friend Nicole Richie.

She is also known for her 2004 autobiography, tongue-in-cheek, several minor film roles (in particular its role in the horror film House of Wax in 2005), his music album Paris 2006, and its work in modeling. As a result of several legal incidents, Hilton also served a widely sentence at a jail in Los Angeles in 2007.
